Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING
We make shipments during business days, Monday - Friday. Most orders will ship within 2 business days. Some ring sizes will ship in 5 business days. If for any reason an order is placed and we are sold out on the piece, we will advise you by the next business day.

 

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy on unworn pieces. To request a return label, please email customercare@phillipgavriel.com. Please include your order number, item you are returning,  and the details of the reason of your return. When your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label to mail your item back to us. The original label must be affixed to the piece.

 

JEWELRY CARE
All Phillip Gavriel pieces are crafted using precious metals and natural gemstones and diamonds. Please handle your pieces with care, and do not expose them to harsh or extreme heat, cold, humidity, chemicals, or perfumes. You silver pieces should be cleaned using a silver cloth and additionally you may use a bowl of warm water with mild dish soap and a soft brush. If you are unsure you may email us at customercare@phillipgavriel.com.

 

 WARRANTY
All Phillip Gavriel pieces are guaranteed for 6 months. Exposure to extreme conditions such as water, chemicals, heat, or accidental damage will void the warranty.

 

REPAIRS
Protect your jewelry by handling it with care and removing it when exercising, swimming, or cleaning.  Do not expose it to extreme cold or hot, or to perfumes, lotions or cleaning products.

If within 6 months of the original purchase date a Phillip Gavriel Fine Jewelry piece fails during normal wear because of a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it with like quality materials at no cost. If piece is damaged after the first 6 months or if we deem the piece is damaged outside of normal wear, we will facilitate repairs at an additional cost. Please allow 8-12 weeks for all repairs, due to the handmade nature of our pieces.

If an item is purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly for repair assessment. Only authorized retailers may extend our warranty, and you can check our store locator for a list of those retailers.
