To request a return label, send an email to our support team at customercare@phillipgavriel.com or fill out the form below. Please include your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the details of the reason for your return.

When your return is approved, we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail your item back to us. When using our prepaid shipping label, $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
