When will my order be shipped?

Most orders will ship within 2 business days of being received. We ship orders during normal business hours Monday through Friday.  If for any reason an order is placed and we are sold out of inventory, we will advise you by the next business day.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on your location, orders will typically be delivered between 1 and 5 business days. Orders with "expedited shipping" selected will be sent using 2-day business shipping.

What is your Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day Return Policy on unworn pieces. To request a return label, please email customercare@phillipgavriel.com with your order number, the item you are returning, and the details of the reason for your return. When your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label to mail your item back to us.

Sale items purchased online are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Do gift cards purchased through Phillip Gavriel expire?

There is currently no expiration period for gift cards that are purchased or gifted on our website. Please contact us if you need a custom amount. Occasionally we will offer promotions and/or discounts on gift cards. Please note that if gift cards are attached to an offer and the jewelry purchased under that offer is returned, the awarded gift card amount will be voided or adjusted accordingly to the net purchase amount.

How should I handle my jewelry?

All Phillip Gavriel pieces are crafted using precious metals and natural gemstones and diamonds. Please handle your pieces with care, and do not expose them to harsh or extreme heat, cold, humidity, chemicals, or perfumes. Refer to our Materials and Jewelry Care page for more information.

What is your warranty on purchases?

All Phillip Gavriel pieces are guaranteed for 6 months. Exposure to extreme conditions such as water, chemicals, heat, or accidental damage will void the warranty.

Do you offer repairs?

If a Phillip Gavriel piece fails within 6 months of the original purchase date during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it with like quality materials at no cost.

If a piece is damaged after the first 6 months or if we deem the damage outside of normal wear, we will do our best to try and repair the piece at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Purchasing Through Authorized Retailers

If an item is purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly. Only authorized retailers may extend our warranty.
